Things not to forget while designing a poster:

• Finding the targeted audience, purpose of the poster
• Choosing the right colors, font type and size
• Balance in space – have more white space in the poster
• Creating the best tag lines
• Creating a theme behind the poster
• Best use of the poster in all sizes and in different forms
• Having an communication details on the poster
